“The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?” Heb. 13:6 (ESV) Here God promises to help us. Maybe we will have to persevere for awhile but God will help us if we keep trusting Him and keeping our focus on Him. We do not need to fear because God will protect the most important things in our life: our soul, our relationship with Him and our destiny. No person and no spiritual power can take those away from us. Nothing can “separate us from the love of God,” Rom. 8:39.
